Laizhou Weiben Machinery Co., Ltd is collected casting production and mechanical machining together, a comprehensive private-owner company. Fondé en 2006, the factory covers an area of about 10,000 mètres carrés, 79 employees and has an annual casting capacity of 5000 tonnes. Plus que 95% des produits sont exportés vers l’Allemagne, Royaume-Uni, République tchèque, Espagne, Etats-Unis,Canada et ainsi de suite.

The casting process mainly involves green sand casting and shell mold casting. We have our own machining workshop, including horizontal machining centers, centres d'usinage verticaux, tour CNC à banc incliné, ect. Our business ranges from stainless steel casting, coulée d'acier au carbone, coulée en fonte grise, ductile iron casting, aluminum casting. The products are widely used in gearbox, compresseurs, équipement de machines, machine agricole, pompe, soupape, appareil alimentaire, machines de construction, mining machine parts and so on. The weight range is from 0.02KG to 850KG. Nous avons la MMT avancée, microscope métallurgique, furnace front analyzer, tension testing machine, hardness tester, spectrometer and can produce different kinds of castings according to the standards such as GB, ASTM, tel, DE, BS, IT .
